I fell in love with this white leather jacket
The line at the till was too long I said “fuck it!”
As I put it on the anti-theft thing fell off
So, wearing the jacket, I wondered off

No money in my pocket I almost got the blues
I wore them, took my trainers off, put them in my bag
I feel so clever I cannot help but brag

I fell in love with this blue-eyed boy
Walking around town he was the perfect toy
I knew he had a girlfriend but he looked damn fine
Without a second thought I made him mine
